Note that this information is intended for researchers, to facilitate contacting your organization for reference questions about your collections, accessing the collections on-site, etc.

Terms of Service
Terms of Service Agreement
We ask all partners to complete the attached "CDL Digital Special Collections Service Agreement," which specifies the terms under which your collections will be made available through CDL's services. Please complete the information under "Agreed and Executed on Behalf of Organization: Organization’s Authorized Representative," on the second page of the document. Leave the "MARC Organization Code" field blank. The agreement will need to be completed by a representative who is authorized to sign for your organization. Scan the signed agreement, and send an electronic copy (e.g. PDF file) to the UCI Libraries at ocseaa@uci.edu
Google Analytics - OPTIONAL

We use Google Analytics for tracking usage of objects on the OAC and Calisphere. Google Analytics is a flexible stats program that allows us to divide stats up by contributor -- in other words, you can get stats about the usage of your collections, and only your collections.Please note that this is optional.

In order to gather usage stats, you'll need to provide a Google Analytics Tracker ID for OAC and Calisphere -- it's free to sign up for one.Here are instructions for setting one up for OAC: http://bit.ly/oac-stats (step 1 only). You can provide us with the Tracker ID any time; but it’s ideal to have it in place at the time you begin publishing collections with us.
